Doesnt translate offline pages #56

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open an offline page (has internet connection)
2. Hover over a kanji

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A translation should pop up, but it doesnt

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
rikai 0.8.1 
chrome 12.0.742.122
win7 sp1

Chrome changed something a bit ago so now if you want to be able to use an 
extension on file:// url you have to go to the extension management page (where 
you would uninstall and allow in incognito mode) and manually allow rikaikun to 
access file urls.

Let me know if that helps.

That fixed my problem, thanks!  Kind of annoying, but makes security sense I 
guess, and not your fault.

Is there any way to know that the page being viewed is a file URL and change 
the icon to help confused users like me?

Even when you enable it for offline, it doesn't show popup, but rather puts 
translation to end of current page.
