Won't work on my Linux Mint #61

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.Installing Rikaikun from Chrome webstore.
2.Clicking Rikaikun icon on the toolbar to turn on the extension.
3.Hovering over kanji.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The installation itself and turning it on by clicking the icon goes fine and
that's about it. Nothing happens when I hover over kanji even though the icon
says it's on, no dictionary pop-ups whatsoever. When I turn it on, I do get the
pop-up with keyboard shortcuts, and I can also change pop-up color in its
options. However, that's all I can do cos only General pane is active. All the
others panes in the Options are dimmed and nothing can be done with them (I
don't know if the Options page has been fully implemented in the meantime). But
still, the only pop-up I get is the "splash" pop-up and nothing else.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Linux Mint 11 Katya with GNOME 2, Chromium 12.0.742.112 (90304)

Please provide any additional information below.

Same thing happened on my previous Ubuntu 11.04 install, and About Chromium
says my version of the browser was built on Ubuntu 11.04.

Hardware: AMD Athlon LE-1620, 2.4 Ghz, 1 GB RAM
          ATI Radeon 2600 HD

Thanx in advance.

The options are WAI (in that they're not implemented yet) but I'm not sure why
the pop ups don't work. I assume the dictionary look up is failing so maybe
it's a file system issue.

Are there any javascript errors when it fails to work?
You can look in the main js console and also if you go to the Extensions page
you can look at the console for the background page of rikaikun as well.
