libvpx tarball keeps changing checksums #646

I've noticed that the checksum for the libvpx 1.2.0 tarball has changed several 
times in the last few days. Has the tarball been regenerated?

I work on the Homebrew package manager, and it makes things a bit harder for us 
if the tarball is a moving target.
