install_webmdshow has no effect #683

With WebM version 0.9.12.0 (2011) installed in \Program Files (x86)\Xiph OGG 
Codecs\x64\ the new version 1.0.2.0 (2013) install_webmdshow.exe has apparently 
no effect, i.e., a tool listing all installed codecs finds only the old (2011) 
codecs.

We don't provide any installer that installs anything in ...\Xiph OGG 
Codecs\x64, nor does our installer install a Xiph.Org Ogg Demuxer filter.

What is the provenance of this installer?  Do you have any problems when you 
use the installer here:
