vpxenc: APPCRASH when building 64bit on Windows (MinGW) #774

Using https://github.com/jb-alvarado/media-autobuild_suite I end up with a 
vpxenc binary which simply crashes with:

vpxenc.exe - Application Error
---------------------------
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close 
the application. 
---------------------------
OK   
---------------------------

32bit build works fine.

Since this didn't happen a month ago, I thought I should report this.

deleted the build log a week after I reported the problem since I assumed 
nobody really cared.
Latest version does seem to build fine using the build script
