Allow custom titles in podcasts.ini

podcast-sponsor-block currently always uses the title of the YouTube playlist to generate podcasts. Sometimes this results in less accurate titles for podcasts, e.g.:

• https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL8xK8kBHHUX4NW8GqUsyFhBF_xCnzIdPe
• https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLIti_J5fVo4IiJWQluYFpz-DbWOF0mK3o

It would be nice to able to specify a custom title in podcasts.ini:
