Gonna leave a list here for you to consider. I have an inkling of the necessary tools to get these done. I've also ranked them (roughly) by what I think the difficulty would be. Topics at the top are IMO easier, topics at the bottom are IMO more difficult.

Feel free to update the list by editing this issue and adding to it, if you have an idea of what you want to do.

• [ ] Visualize evolutionary trajectory of influenza A virus proteins on a 2D plane. I think it may be doable to
• [ ] Geospatial (would be really cool too!) map of all known influenza drug resistance mutations. Can be expanded to other viruses too.
• [ ] Given that we can convert a protein structure into a graph representation (we can, I've written the software for it), can we map the changes in graph topology (structure) over time?
