Gonna leave a list here for you to consider. I have an inkling of the necessary tools to get these done. I've also ranked them (roughly) by what I think the difficulty would be. Topics at the top are IMO easier, topics at the bottom are IMO more difficult.
Feel free to update the list by editing this issue and adding to it, if you have an idea of what you want to do.
