What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. INTEGRATE OPEN OFFICE WITH NETBEANS 6.5
2. ADD GOOGLE API IN LIBRARY (EXTERNAL JAR)
3. CREATE A OPENOFFICE.ORG 3.1 ADDON PROJECT IN NETNEANS 
4. ADD CODE IN DISPATCH FUNCTION CREATED FOR OOo ADDON MENU
5. ABOVE DIPATCH FUNCTION IS AUTOMATICALLY CREATED BY NETBEANS 6.5 
6. DEPLOY AND RUN OOo Add On Created in Netbeans
7. SOCKET ERROR IN COMING...REFUSED CONNECTION

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
TRANSLATED UTF-8 STRING, BUT SOCKET ERROR IS COMING.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
USING WINDOWS VISTA,NETBEANS6.5,JRE 1.6.16 AND OPEN OFFICE 3.1,OPEN OFFICE 
SDK 3.1,NETBEANS+OPEN OFFICE PLUGIN(LATEST)

Are you behind a proxy? It sounds as though your machine is unable to connect 
to 
google's servers.
