Build musl arm (armhf) too #7

Can build armsf and arm64 this way too (see my muslarm branch), but I haven't tested them so I'm not including them.

I have tested the built .so file on alpine arm and it worked.

I haven't touched anything that should effect macos as far as I'm aware, not sure why that one has failed.
