Eliminate need for setting JAVA_HOME #125

Location of JRE installation can be automatically deducted from runtime 
environment. Location of jfxrt.jar, for Java 7, can be deducted from that. 
Need/use of JAVA_HOME in SBT build should be eliminated to simplify setup. 

All developer and user documentation should be updated accordingly.

Somewhat related is also Issue 60.
