Implement footprints #28

Footprints are implemented in b7b2bb65e2480ef8eb89c2acabf0d42cb4628886!

There is still the issue that some combinations overflow the box, e.g. Afghanistan->Sweden 2017, but that is to be taken care of another time. Let's close this for now.
