最近连着被禁用了好几次,终于找到方法了,Midjourney是通过Stripe订阅收款的,既然Midjourney随意封禁,连申诉的机会都没有,我们就到Stripe投诉Midjourney欺诈,以下是投诉信范例。

尊敬的Stripe公司:

我通过您的公司订阅了Midjourney公司在Discord上的AI绘画服务,但我不幸遇到了一系列的问题。

首先,Midjourney公司采取了欺骗性的手段,诈骗客户。我只使用了不到5次该服务,就被告知我的账户被禁用,无法继续使用。即便如此,我也无法取消订阅。

其次,Midjourney公司几乎没有任何有效的沟通渠道,客户无法与之直接联系。这不仅严重违反了消费者权益保护法,也显示了该公司对客户权益的漠视。

鉴于上述情况,我强烈要求Striple公司重视此事,取消Midjourney公司在您平台的订阅权限,以免其继续对其他客户进行欺骗和侵害。

我希望您能够尽快处理此事,并对我的损失做出合理的赔偿。如果您无法给予满意的回复,我将不得不寻求进一步的法律途径维护自身权益。

Complaint Letter to Stripe Dear Stripe Company, I subscribed to the AI drawing service of Midjourney Company on Discord through your company, but I unfortunately encountered a series of problems. First, Midjourney Company has taken deceptive measures to defraud customers. I only used the service less than 5 times, but was then notified that my account had been banned and I could no longer use it. Even so, I was unable to cancel the subscription.

Secondly, Midjourney Company has almost no effective communication channels, and customers cannot contact them directly. This not only seriously violates consumer rights protection laws, but also shows the company's disregard for customer rights.

Given the above situation, I strongly urge Striple Company to pay attention to this matter, cancel Midjourney Company's subscription privileges on your platform, so as to prevent it from continuing to deceive and infringe upon other customers.

I hope you can handle this matter as soon as possible, and make reasonable compensation for my losses. If you cannot give me a satisfactory response, I will have to seek further legal means to protect my own rights.

how does this solution work? 😄 does Midjourney finally unblock your account after you raised the issue to Stripe? would be great to share some insights.

It works! The Stripe Company answer me!,and they are investigate the Midjourney Company..

If you have also suffered unfair treatment at the hands of Midjourney Inc., I suggest you also write a letter requesting an investigation to prevent more people from falling victim to Midjourney’s tyrannical terms, and to force them to stop this pirate behavior of charging for services without providing them.

我年付费,用的还是国内的信用卡,更难受。都不能取消订阅。我往https://support.stripe.com/questions/contact-stripe-support 这个页面的24小时能回复的链接里写了投诉。
