Error during image generation: Error: You can request another upscale for this image

Describe the bug

I am getting Error during image generation: Error: You can request another upscale for this image, when I send 2 reqiests from different browsers even with fast mode which I have 12 as Maximum Concurrent Jobs based on midjourney docs, but I only get error on one side and other is fine and returns image
