Search engines on 1.0.3 #11

On last version 1.0.3, any custom non default search engines doesn't appear on the Select Search Engine list.

Since the new extension API(WebExtensions) no longer provide any API of the search engines and the old API is going to be deprecated. I will add this feature back If Mozilla implements the search engines API again...
