Add Google Lucky and DuckDuckGo Ducky; Readme formatting #33

I've added the Google I'm feeling Lucky and similar DuckDuckGo I'm feeling Ducky search engines, which will take you to the topmost search result, instead of showing you the list of results.

I've also edited the README slightly, so that it uses a more Markdown-like markup, instead ad the HTML versions of the markup – it renders the same as before, but the code is "cleaner".

Please note that there's spaces in the label, but not in the value (see line 17 and 42)
