ProtoBuf.Extensible is missing in IOS #289

ProtoBuf.Extensible is missing in IOS, so the C# file generated by protogen.exe 
could not be used directly.

+1 for fixing this. Until then, I think commenting out the lines that generate 
the faulty Extension code in ProtoGen/csharp.xslt will work around this issue.

Marc, can you please add a "disableExtensions" command-line flag to 
ProtoGen.exe, which will effectively leave out the Extension-related part from 
csharp.xslt?
