Instances of the phrase "Gen Z" do not get correctly turned in to references to the children of Zolom.

the other PR had a bug in its regex, so I pulled it in here and fixed it: https://github.com/ericwbailey/millennials-to-snake-people/pull/36

tried to disambiguate the variations as well, not sure if there's any better replacements
