fix(doc,script): ADD prerequistes and FIX grep in script #1

Thanks a lot.

I will merge most of this, except for the dns part.

I'll see if I can fix the script, so it will add the nameserver automatically.

Because I had /etc/resolv.conf nameserver already set, I never noticed an issue here. Thanks for pointing out.

/etc/resolv.conf is fixed by the command:

./build.sh -a
