Hello,

Sorry for my english, I will try to be clear.

We got a problem with the softwar "copy a google drive". We wanted to change owner of our files and copy it with this sotfware. After the copy we deleted the old fild, as well in the bin. The problem is that it that it take more and more space in the drive, we didn't add anything in. It look like the older filed haven't be deleted.

Do you know what happened ?

Google drive has a concept of "trash", so you need to go to the Trash folder and empty it. That should clear the space

Yes I already empty the trash. I think is because there is a confusion between the differents owners of the documents in on folder. I deleted folders with documents that i was the owner but also with documents that the other person was the owner. I think those documents stay in the memory of the drive of the other person. Is that possible ?

honestly not sure, beyond the scope of my knowledge and this app.

I've personally experienced delays of several hours or up to a day for my Google Drive storage to restore after I delete large files. It's possible it's just a delay.

For now I'm going to close this issue because there is nothing I can do here unfortunately, it seems to just be a feature of Google Drive
