Disparition of [img] balise in topics #5

Hi! First, sorry for my english :x I'll try to do the best e_e

So, when I active your extension and I edit a post on a topic, all the [img] balises disappear but all the [/img] balises doesn't disappear...

Have you an idea why it do that?
