Flatpak Support #138

Hello has anyone here got a nice way to integrate this extension into the Flatpak version of Inkscape. I'm currently working on a Makerspace orientated Atomic OS based on Fedora, and believe this would be a great project to integrate into the build process.

i never tried with flakpak. I tried snap once some years ago. There the problem was, that a lot of code cannot be executed due to system restrictions.

its easier to get it up using a portable inkscape or the regular one - by installation with apt/dnf/yum
