Just stopped working

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When first used this application it worked perfectly. It just stopped 
notifying of new messages on 3 different computers with no changes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
all versions - Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

Same for me, has not been notifying me for about 7 days now.  None of the 
versions, and 
on multiple Windows operating systems.

Yah, it looks like Google is rolling out protocol changes that break GVN. We 
will
look into the problem.

Ok, it looks like I got this working last night. Finished around 5am or so... 
Vormav
needs to do some more testing, and we are planning on implementing automatic 
update
checking before actually uploading a new version.

I had to run this version as administrator before it would work in Windows 7

It ran on my windows 7 install and another friends w/o running as admin. That 
said:
What did it do when you ran it w/o administrator? How many times did you try it
before trying run as admin? Did you try it again normally w/o running as admin 
after
it worked the first time? Are you an admin on your machine?

When I ran it w/o admin it did nothing. I tried both the Jar and the Exe with 
the same 
results. I then ran the exe with admin rights and it worked right away. I am 
admin on 
my machine. If I tried to run it without admin rights after it worked with 
admin 
rights... it would not do anything (not give any notifications).
