Add of activities and resolution options #3

Some modification in order to allow to set the activites and the resoltuion px=256, into the url

I am not able to test it for personal global heat because I am not Premium user.

The px=256 trick doesn't seem to work for personal maps, but otherwise this looks good to me. I'll land this and make some small changes in a branch to clean up the routes handling.
