Debug session

I tested the usability of the debug session and it is tricky. With simple means, something resembling the jobfile could be used to help the user.

• If the user has to state abaqus version, the correct version could be selected
• If the user state the input-file, files could be staged to the cluster

Hence, the user experience could be limited to something like: abaqus-jobbers debug.py debug session select version select input-file

Debug.py is an application for continuous submission loop, until exit is selected

• Run salloc command Loop: -srun debug.py Ask: Exit
• Return allocation
