unknown language on first run? #28

just downloaded this today, extracted and ran the executable (wow icon with the gears), and the window that opens is some language that ive never even seen before, like chicken scratch. my system is US English with no other language packs installed.

Could you send me a screenshot of it so I can see what is happening?

after extracting, these are the two windows you get when running the executable. never seen anything quite like it haha
