• bump qdrant-client (python) to v1.3.1
• minor improvements during vector loading
• cleanup dockerfile

Qdrant v1.3.0 introduced oversampling before rescoring. https://qdrant.tech/documentation/guides/quantization/#searching-with-quantization

If there's interest I can add oversampling as a separate benchmark argument.
