Cannot find Menu #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. No menu visible and not clear how to make it display:
   A. On main screen, "BRITISH words. (Change in options)" How?
   B. On game screen, "... select 'Score' from menu ..." How?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should there be a menu bar at the top of the screen?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Program version 1.56; Android version 4.0.4 on AMICROE 7" tablet.

Please provide any additional information below.
I am perfectly willing to accept that this is dumb-user syndrome!

Additional info: This occurs when playing without the timer.

How can you play when you can't get a new set of letters. It's very
