Support for spell shapes on the annotation layer #18

Requires that the grid size can be defined somewhere (or assumes 1 square = 5 
feet).

Interaction:
Select a "Circle" or "Cone" tool from the annotation tools
Pops up with some way to specify the size of the circle or cone
Circle or cone appears on the canvas, can be dragged or rotated freely.
