Better bloodied indication for solid color tokens #31

Assuming solid-color tokens are here to stay (at least as a built-in fallback), 
we need to better indicate that they are bloodied because solid red is a color 
and the original color shouldn't be overwritten.  Suggest a red border around 
them.  Not sure what to do for already solid red tokens.
