Repro Steps:
Zoom way out

Result:
Grid lines crowd together

Expected Result:
Stop drawing minor grid lines, then stop drawing major grid lines.  Define a 
delta in pixels at which grid lines won't be bothered with.

Behavior is in place but could be tweaked a bit.
