Stop drawing hex grid when the grid elements get too small #63

Repro Steps:
Switch to hex grid.
Zoom way out.

Result:
We never stop drawing the hex grid, and things slow waaaay down as a result.

Expected Result:
Hex grid should stop drawing at a reasonable point (like rect grid does).
