Capital G #34

Love the font. Thank you. Noticed that the capital G has a protrusion on the right side. Seen on zooming in. Would be great if this could be fixed. Attached here an image of the protrusion! The G in image is Figtree Extra Bold. The protrusion is seen in Medium, SemiBold, Bold, ExtraBold and Black. It may still be present in Light and Regular but difficult to see(?). I am using the ttf font from Google Fonts page. Any thoughts, comments, advice?

Huh? All fonts do the same thing, how can it be "difficult to see(?)"

It is also present in the fonts here in the repo, and in the source. This is caused by the way the overlap is done in the source. So it will need to be fixed in the original source.
