In some applications, such as Pidgin and GIMP, this means that menus stay green instead of changing colour to match the theme. Example:

I was able to fix the problem by modifying these files in each theme:

This was tested on cinnamon 3.0. I don't know if it's present in 3.2.

Have just seen that there's a newer forked version of this repository with this problem fixed. Sorry.
