wi-hurricane symbol is incorrect #108

The symbol depicted by wi-hurricane is actually a tropical storm, not a hurricane. A hurricane has a closed center. I'd really appreciate it if you could rename wi-hurricane to wi-tropical-storm, or something like that, and add a new wi-hurricane.
