Adds mapping for api.yr.no based on codes from http://api.yr.no/weatherapi/weathericon/1.1/documentation

I've just updated the mappings to use metno instead of yrno (due to the name change). The mappings are still the same despite the name change

Hi @Grayda and thank you for your contribution! Due to the name change (yrno to metno) does it make sense to keep styles that use the name yrno instead of removing them?
