Weather Underground list is not working

I don't really support any of the API, it was supposed to just be there as a naming reference, so I am not sure I can really help on this.

Anna, maybe you want to try some of the CSS icon mappings I use, find them here: https://github.com/erikflowers/weather-icons/issues/156
