Articulate the final framework and related issues for the RNDBinding system #35

The binding system is at the point where additional functionality is unlikely to be foundational. The framework should be articulated (all of the v.1 classes determined).

Additional Info: Use the XDC - Extended Data Controller, XDB - Extended Data Binding, RND - Rapid Native Development namespaces. Also, determine if the system can be used cross-platform, and if so, enable that feature.

To complete this task, add any additional classes (or at least their headers) and describe their functionality. Also, begin adding descriptions to the RND Workbook.
