This PR will add a CHANGELOG.md file that covers all major changes since the very first release v0.3. It will also update the Virtual Serial Port (VSP) section in both README.md and helper files, adding further information about the proprietary BLE protocols used by Laird Connectivity, u-blox and Nordic Semiconductors.
