NrdDh groups (or all protein groups) are not loaded for GenBank #99

They are loaded for RefSeq but that may be an effect of RefSeq not being reloaded.

In fact, no groups are loaded, and subgroups are shown as groups. An example of the latter: Campylobacter concisus 13826 NrdDd1a.

Example T. maritima accession number (RefSeq): NP_228195.

All groups had the wrong rank in the database. Fixed, but have not implemented any protective code. The code as it is assumes all levels exists...
