~1cm dead zone around edges of touchpad #5

On Ubunutu 18.10, edge scrolling disabled, I have an approximately ~1cm dead zone around all edges of the touchpad. Any touch / tap initiated there will not register.

Still usable, just a bit of a nuisance.

This was a misunderstanding on my part of how libinput handles palm detection / palm exclusion zones.
