USB-C working under Ubuntu ? #9

Hello,

I think there is a USB-C / Lightning connector on the right side of the Could you tell me if it works and what speed transfer you could reach ?

I once connected an external monitor to the USB-C/Thunderbolt connector. Just a quick test but it worked https://github.com/eriksjolund/install-linux-hp-elitebook-850-g5/issues/1#issuecomment-470562131

Regarding transfer speeds, I haven't made any tests.

Ok thanks for the reply. Luckily, could you tell me if you can boot Linux on this USB-C port ?

Unfortunately I don't have a USB-C memory stick so I can't test that. But I have successfully booted Linux with an old-style USB memory stick in one of the other USB slots.
