thumbs and fanart not working #1

Thumb images and fanart has stopped working in imdb scraper. thanks for ongoing support.

no luck im afraid. Still not seeing thumbs or fanart.

Try this one then 135b996749c416e7f3e286b324c27131a9efca3e I'm afraid that this is a bit of a cr*p shoot, since I've moved to xbmc. So I can't really try it out myself

Tmdb will discontinue version 2.1 of their api tomorrow, so I made an attempt to migrate to version 3, please give that a try too 955884596492cb19e449557baf1ce5acfe3a168b

Thanks Erik. That is better. Fanart is working now. Thumbs are still not appearing however. These api changes make things even more difficult.

Did you try the one with v3 api? And fanart was working on that one?

I had another go at the imdb thumbs: f91ed0119edbe75edfdeb6e64d313971fc7a0acc (with v3 tmdb api)

thqts great Erik. Both working now and with v3 api. I think my previous version was not v3. I checked the xml - it looked like v2.1 Thanks so much for your help. I should eventually probably look at at upgrading to Plex 9 but my macmini is still on Leopard. How do you find XBMC in comparison?

one other thing iI should mention is that number of other fields had stopped working probably a while ago but it hadn't really bothered me as I don't pay much attention to them. But the Genre, Director, Writer and Runtime fields all now display N/A.

I was hesitant to switching to XBMC at first, but after doing it and finding a skin I like (aeon-nox) I don't miss Plex at all. Honestly I can't even remember if there are any benefits with it over XBMC.

how do you find the remote support on XBMC? that was one of the initial things that had me on Plex. Apple remote support was great.

perfect! all working now. thanks. might have to give xbmc another go. they seem to ahead of Plex in terms of codec support too.
