Add support for untracked files in SVN to vcs_others.sh segment #399

Right now there is no support for displaying untracked/new files in SVN repositories. https://github.com/erikw/tmux-powerline/blob/c028f13926af7e55f60c79e29a0e2ee77839dbdb/segments/vcs_others.sh#L47-L49
