GithubSharp.Plugins.All NuGet package doesn't include auth providers #9

Auth Providers are a part of the rewrite for github's v3 api, the old binaries aren't using them..

Hi there.

As per https://github.com/blog/1090-github-api-moving-on github is shutting down the v1 API and the v2 API as of 1, May 2012.

They have already removed the web pages which displayed the old style API tokens for user accounts.

Is there any progress with this issue here?
