Contents of canvas elements don't print #68

The title pretty much says it all. If there's an HTML 5 "canvas" element somewhere within the div to be printed, it's contents don't print. It's simply empty.

Nevermind. canvas elements have to be drawn into. I didn't understand the nature of them when I entered this issue. Sorry.
