Item required when trading only with money, tokens, xp #423

Describe the bug You can't trade with for example XP < - > money alone because an item is required to put in GUI

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open trade with another player
  2. One player type for example 10 XP points
  3. Second player type 100$ for example
  4. and You can't accept the trade because an item is required.

Expected behavior Trade works with only money for example.
