Add Black-owned restaurants in Atlanta

Add Atlanta Black-owned restaurant entries to the Hacktoberfest-Black-Restaurants.csv file.

A couple of notes:

You can find the longitude and latitude by finding the location in question on Google Maps, right clicking on it, and selecting 'What's here?'
In terms of prices: $ --> less than $13 on average for entrees; $$ --> between $14-25 on average for entrees; $$$ --> above $26. Use your own discretion or the Google/Yelp recommendation.
Restaurants fall under these categories: Breakfast, Pizza, Healthy, American, Southern, Caribbean, Ethiopian, Bar, Seafood, Dessert, BBQ. If you have a restaurant that doesn't fit these categories, feel free to add your own.

I'm glad to see that you're interested! This project doesn't have one - but for this particular issue all you have to do is add to the .csv file mentioned
