Make debugging of VAST response easier #86

Add something to make the debug process (why isn't this showing?) easier... 
Perhaps add a Flash 
Menu item that allows the VAST template data to be viewed... ?

Also make the debugging of config issues easier... issues such as "AD NOT 
FOUND" should be made to show at a 
fatal level
