I'm commissioned to onboard Hubballi to Google Fonts. I cleaned up the folder structure and made a few smaller changes to the font. Once you merge this PR, we can proceed with the publication.
I was also wondering whether you could expand the description in DESCRIPTION.en_us.html a little bit. I took the one sentence from the repo’s README that wasn't talking to a type designer audience (Robofont etc).
Also, it would be lovely if you could please prepare one specimen image for Google Fonts to use on their Twitter for announcement.
