High-level issue: User can't determine next steps in a flow. Category: Findability

On the Insurance policies page /insurance-information/policies, it is not immediately clear what question the user is being asked. The label is visually grouped closely with the paragraph before it and the additional information component after, which makes it hard to tell what the question is. At first glance, it looks like the additional info component is the question the form is asking.

Recommended action

Please move the label closer to the radio buttons, or use some other method to make it clear what the question is.
